Refund Policy
1- Whenever you receive our parcel, before opening it you will make a video of it, from the beginning till the end until the perfume bottle is completely fixed in your hand.
2-If the colour of our perfume has turned black, then it means that it has been contaminated and after spraying it if its fragrance is unpleasant only then our refund process will be applicable.
3.Our refund process will be applicable only if the perfume bottle is broken or has a crack on it.
4.If our perfume bottle is the same as the photos shown to you on our website or the colour of the fragrance is also the same and if you do not like our fragrance then our refund process will not be applicable.
5.Our refund process will take place within 7 days from your delivery date of our product.
6.If your refund request is processed within 7 days, then our courier partner will come to your delivery address to pick up the courier. Whether it takes 10 or 15 days for the courier to reach our office, we will transfer the amount of your product to your bank account, once our packaging department inspects the product as per your complaint.
7.If we have sent wrong product instead of the product you ordered, then in this case instead of refunding you, we will send you the right product again which you had ordered. Just once for the wrong product, our courier partner should pick up the courier from you and deliver it to our office.
8. Remember, following and considering point number 1 of our refund policy before initiating the refund process.
NOTE :- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was damaged or incorrectly shipped.
